All items, with the exception of wines, already have shipping costs to Portugal included.
Shipping is done by regular, blue, green or internacional mail.
The value of postage for International shipments or registered, will be calculated separately.
Shipments are usually made within 24/48 hours after payment. The arrival time is the responsibility of CTT, however if you find the delay strange, please contact us.
Orders outside the EU:
As of 1 July 2021, by European law, all online purchases outside the EU go through Customs and may be subject to customs clearance fees or others.
Consult information at the shipping or AT counters in the respective country where you are located.
If the order is returned to Comunidade EN2 for an incorrect, incomplete, unknown address or any other reason that is not the responsibility of Comunidade EN2, the customer will have to support another shipment.
After validation of the shopping cart, you will receive an email with the order number, order summary and total value of the items, as well as payment details. Make payment by Transferencia Bancaria, MBWAY or PayPal for the total amount of the order and send the proof to Comunidadeen2@gmail.com
What to do if you are not at home when delivering the order?
If the package is sent by CTT and no one is at home, the postman leaves a notice to pick it up at the nearest CTT counter. It is available 5 working days to pick up and is returned after 5 working days.
